Fonterra Fonterra is NZ's largest dairy company, and the largest international trader of dairy products in the world. We provide transport and logistics optimization and modelling services to their milk collection, domestic logistics and international freight departments. Our projects have been the nominated for internal quality awards at Fonterra.
Downer EDI Downer EDI service Telecom NZ's network, operating a fleet of repair vans that respond to fault reports. We have helped Downer predict faults numbers based on day of the week, season and weather, and advised them on planning van movements to service faults as efficiently as possible.
Electricity Commission The Electricity Commission provide oversight of NZ's electricity industry. We worked with the EC to model multi-period hydro-electric and geothermal electricity dispatch and river management. The model, a quadratic program, was developed in GAMS and is available from the EC here.
Boston Consulting Group The Boston Consulting Group is one of the world's leading management consultancies. We worked with BCG on the development of a system for tracking large-scale change management.

Partners

Scarlatti Scarlatti is a boutique consultancy firm serving organisations in New Zealand's innovation sector. We've worked with Scarlatti on the economic models of biofuels and cancer markers, are currently running a study of NZ's transport sector with Scarlatti.
ProjectX ProjectX is one of NZ's most innovative web companies. We worked with ProjectX providing routing expertise for a walking and cycling journey planner for the Greater Wellington Regional Council.
McCormick Rankin Cagney McCormick Rankin Cagney is one of Australasia’s leading transportation consultancies.
